Years ago, Filipino shoppers used to save shopping money through in-store discounts. Stores usually take advantage of paydays by putting up big four-letter standees in front of their stores: S-A-L-E. That is why when I went to the US in 2010, I was really amazed by the way American shoppers save money from shopping! Couponing was such a big deal in that part of the world. I remember how Zel (my former office mate slash shopping buddy) and I would cut coupons from newspapers to save on stuff like milk and cereals from the grocery. We often wondered why we did not have something like it back home! And during paydays, we would rush to outlet stores with more coupons in our pockets. I remember the amount of money we saved! Bags and shoes were being sold at 80% off, and we get more savings by using the coupons that we had at hand! Would you believe that some of the coupons we used were being handed to us at the entrance of the stores? We looked like clueless school girls asking the cashier if we could use the coupons right away. Our hearts would jump out of excitement each time we get YES for an answer! Amazing, right?!
Now that online shopping has taken the universe by storm, different brands have learned to adapt the same old concept of couponing. Shoppers can get to enjoy awesome deals and great savings with sites like Groupon Coupons. Amazing deals are waiting for shoppers who wish to have some last-minute Christmas shopping this time of the year! Products range from clothes, shoes, perfume and even jewelry!
Shoppers are just a mouse click away from enjoying great deals this holiday season!
Now, go ahead and head to Groupon to complete your Christmas gift list. Your wallets will thank you later!

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Je and family! God bless! :)
