One night, I found myself craving for something salty. I know it’s not the healthiest thing to crave for but it is terrible to deprive a PMS’ing girl of the things she wants.
Since our office is just a cartwheel away from a Candy Corner store, I paid it a visit while waiting for Boyet to fetch me. My eyes feasted on the tubes of Pringles, colorful candies, and large bags of chips. I laid my eyes on my favorite Nerds but it wasn’t what I was looking for at that moment. Lay's vs Ruffles. Ruffles vs Pringles. My mind was instantly turned into a brutal battlefield. I never imagined myself weighing my options, forcing my brain to come up with a decision as soon as possible. Moments later, I saw a familiar bright orange tube. I initially thought it was Pik-Nik Honey Mustard Flavor. But upon looking at it closely, I realized I was wrong.
I got used to Pik-Nik’s shoestring potatoes so the sight of a tube of cheese balls was new to me. At that moment, memories of a younger me eating Planters Cheez Balls started to flash. I suddenly missed it so I decided to try out Pik-Nik’s version.
I started eating it piece by piece a minute apart. Then I got hooked and the interval turned into seconds. By the time Boyet arrived, a quarter of it was already gone. I love how the crunchy cheese balls slowly melt in my mouth, leaving the salty, cheesy flavors on my lips and tongue. I continued munching while inside the car and it reached the point when my husband had to stop me fearing that I’d lose my appetite for dinner.
Arggggghhhhh!!! This is bad! Very bad.
Uhhhm, not really! See that Og Trans Fat label?!
Mwahahahahahaha!!!! *insert evil laugh here*
