J.CO Donuts

Much has been said about it. A lot of food bloggers tried and wrote about it. Thinking that it was just another fad just like when milk teas and Magnum came out, I didn’t pay so much attention to it. When I went to their Greenbelt branch, the long queue of people battling to simply have a bite of this sweet treat was simply outrageous. So I told myself that time, maybe next time.

On my husband’s first day on his new project, which also happens to be in Joie’s new company, he decided to pay Joie a visit. And since Joie has already tried it, she suggested for Boyet to bring home a dozen of J.CO Donuts.

He placed it on my car seat to surprise me. Muntik ko ng maupuan! Sayang naman kung pwet ko lang ang makikinabang! Bwahaha! When I saw the receipt, I told him, NAGTITIPID KAYA TAYO?! But when I took my first bite of my first piece (because I had 3 in 1 sitting), I totally forgot that he shelled out PHP350 for a box of donuts. Ang sweet no? Ng donuts at ng asawa ko! :p


And there it goes. I’ve fully embraced chubbiness! :p
