Je Tries to Cook: Pork Menudo

Pork Menudo is one of my favorite dishes. My Mama and Lola Nanay have different ways of cooking this particular dish, but both are really delicious. I know that their version of Pork Menudo is a tough act to follow. But I decided to give it a try. We won’t learn if we don’t try.

I was so scared because as you probably know by now, my mother is a monster cook! But when she said that my version is really good, I felt relieved! Even my husband told me that he immediately wiped his packed lunch because he loved my pork menudo! My officemate Abby who is my constant lunch buddy, told me that it’s really delicious. Ang galing daw talaga magluto ng nanay ko! Nyahaha! She was so surprised when I told her that I was the one who cooked it. Hihi! I’m so ready for housewife-hood! Chos lang! =))
