Restaurant Review: K.K.K.

After Boyet’s checkup with the doctor, we proceeded to Robinson’s Place Ermita to have lunch. After a long discussion on where to eat, we agreed to try out KKK. The Valentine atmosphere is very much felt inside the restaurant. The Filipino interior is mixed with hanging hearts and cupids. And each table has this heart as a centerpiece.

For Lunch:

Bagoong Rice Php145

I was expecting a salty Bagoong rice. But I was so surprised that it was sweet. I never really liked sweet bagoong. The technique here was to put a small portion of the green mango strips to contrast the sweetness. KKK’s bagoong rice is topped with beef tapa, strips of fried egg and green mango.

Sisig Pampanga Php180

Since Boyet chose their Sisig Pampanga, I went for their Garlic Pusit. We could not afford too much cholesterol clogging our blood vessels. It was a good choice though. The garlic flavor comes well with a little sweetness. And the squid was so tender making it easy to chew.

Garlic Pusit Php235

KKK is located at the 3rd level Midtown Wing of Robinson's Place Ermita
